One of my goals with therapy is to help you open doors that have yet to be opened, close doors that need closing, and explore rooms that need to be explored.

About
As a campaigner for others and challenger of the status quo, Sean is creative, diplomatic, honest, and supportive. He is an intuitive collaborator, striving for peace and balance to be the foundational experience for all. He is dedicated to helping people uncover – and be – their best version. Sean’s focus on relationships, family, grief and loss is rooted in an integrated approach to counselling: reflecting on our thoughts and beliefs (CBT and DBT), the stories that we tell ourselves based on those beliefs (Narrative Therapy), and the meaning we place on the events in our lives (Attachment Theory and Ego-Based concepts).
It is through a wide range of lived experiences, including numerous work and social environments, and his many travels, that Sean has learned to interact with people from all walks of life and has come to believe that overcoming obstacles is easier when there is a community of support to connect with and rely on.
No matter what we do or where we are from, I believe that we are all struggling with something and are doing the best we can.

About
Alexandra’s journey began during her tenure in medical school, where she witnessed firsthand the profound interconnection between mental and physical health and how factors such as social dynamics, cultural influences, and past traumas intricately shape an individual's sense of self and well-being. This revelation ignited a deep-seated passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind and the profound impact the mind has on our overall health.
Through a biopsychosocial lens, Alexandra approaches counselling with a holistic perspective, recognizing the multifaceted nature of human experience and the diverse array of factors that contribute to one's mental health.
In Alexandra’s practice, she creates a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their innermost thoughts, emotions, and struggles. By integrating evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of the individual's unique experiences and cultural background, she works collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to specific needs and goals.
Together, we embark on self-exploration, self-acceptance, and empowerment, striving towards a brighter and more fulfilling future. In essence, I am not merely a counsellor but a compassionate guide and ally dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, reclaim their sense of agency, and unlock their full potential for growth and well-being.

About
In my practice, I create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.I believe that each person is the expert of their own experiences and has the capacity for positive change. While I work with a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem, I am particularly passionate about working with adults who are navigating the impacts of childhood trauma. I help clients move through difficult emotions and improve their emotion regulation skills, gain a deeper understanding of the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop effective coping strategies to navigate challenges.
I use an integrative and trauma-informed approach to counselling, blending various evidence based therapies while emphasizing autonomy, trust, and feelings of safety. Different approaches work for different people, and you deserve support that is unique to you. Together we will develop a plan that best suits you and your needs.

About
Counselling was a calling for me. I have always had the desire to help people learn to be better versions of themselves.
I started my career-path working with people, helping them figure out their passions and their life goals. However, many people still had roadblocks within them that conventional life coaching simply couldn’t address.
I enjoyed working one on one and in small groups and found that I took to doing Counselling Therapy extremely easily. I find myself fascinated by people and their complexities. Helping people learn about themselves in such an intimate way is immensely rewarding and I find myself feeling like I am doing something I was always meant to be doing.
Personally, I struggled with depression and chronic anxiety throughout my life and had accepted that that was just the way I was built. There was no way I could be any different. When I finally discovered the pathway to healing those parts of myself that created the depression and anxiety, I was nearly 40 years old. I felt like I had been awakened to a whole different version of life that I had
no idea ever existed.
I see so many people now who were in the same position I was and my heart goes out to them. I’ve walked where they’ve walked and believed that there was no other way and so, I have a drive to reach out and teach that there are other ways that are open to them.
